Community Outreach Event
During the month of March, the law firm will prepare Health Care Directives, at no charge!
Our goal is to advance personal and family consideration of organ donation, [but we will cheerfully prepare documents for those who do not wish to be donors.]
All we ask is that everyone give thoughtful consideration to this critical medical and social issue!
Health Care Directives include personal choices about:
- Who will have health care decision-making authority?
- If I’m unable to communicate, who will monitor my medical/hospital treatment?
- Will I receive the pain medication that I need?
- My life support instructions.
- My wishes about organ donation, autopsy, scientific inquiry.
- My memorial and burial instructions.
We have a limited number of appointments available.
Please phone our office by February 29 to set your appointment.
We reserve the right to limit appointments and to cancel or re-schedule any appointment.
